Delete Your Sentinel HSE Account

Sentinel HSE users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete from the app

Open Sentinel HSE and go to:

Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete My Account

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access Sentinel HSE, send an account deletion request using the email below.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Sentinel HSE account whenever possible.

What will be deleted

• Your Sentinel HSE user account.
• Your personal profile information.
• Personal account data that is not required to be retained.

Information that may be retained

Certain workplace safety, incident, investigation, inspection or compliance records may need to remain with the organization where retention is required for legal, regulatory, contractual, audit or legitimate workplace safety purposes.

Where applicable, personal account identifiers will be removed or separated from retained organizational records.

Processing

Deletion requests will be verified and processed within a reasonable period. Additional information may be requested where necessary to verify ownership of the account.
