Please include:

The email address registered with your Mufundi account.
Whether your account is a Customer or Professional account.
A statement confirming that you want your Mufundi account permanently deleted.

We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Depending on your account and activity, deletion may include:

Account and profile information.
Name, email address and phone number.
Professional profile and portfolio information.
Verification documents stored for the professional account.
Service and taxi request information associated with the account.
Ratings and reviews associated with the account where applicable.
Device notification tokens.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution or enforcement of platform policies. Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
